Is Nexplanon An Effective Birth Control With Multiple Fibroids?

Hi I have uterine fibroids, I had to have a myomectomy when I was 25 b/c I had a large one causing so much pain it effected my daily life. I'm 35 now I have been on different birth control since age 21 but had to change to mirena because I was having breakthrough bleeding. I've had it for over a year still have a period every 21-24 days it's lighter but longer and more frequent then before. I'm looking at options for alternative birth control someone recommended nexplanon. Is that an effective option for someone with multiple fibroids?

HI
Well come HCM
If you are taking hormone medicines without any indication (For disease ) then this could cause such consequences, in my opinion better to leave this now wait for some time everything would be fine, just give the chance to nature, be patience, stop worrying about the irregular menses, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
