Is Naproxen An OTC Medication?

I have Arthirits. I have swelling around my index fingure for a months. Im allergic to all over the counter Asprin and all over the counter pain killers like Tylenol, Motrin, Advin etc, I just read Naproxin could be helpful. Can I get Naproxin over the counter? Sorry I can afford this Fees
