Hi,

You seem to have telogen effluvium. There may be some cause. Your dermatologist might investigate to find out the cause of hair fall. Anaemia, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies, internal diseases, stress, malnutrition..etc may be considered.

I would suggest...

- biotin 10 mg daily for long time
- vitamins and minerals ..if needed
- treatment of the cause
- herbal shampoo alternate days
- you may continue minoxidil 3% as your doctor prescribed
- you may apply mild steroid lotion daily at night instead minoxidil.. Along with herbal hair oil

Have patience for the good result.Continue treatment for few months to few years.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
