Is Monat Oil Effective For Hair Growth?

Hello, My name is Stephanie and a lot of my family and friends are buying into this brand called Monat for hair growth and bringing hair back to life. I just wanted an honest opinion on whether this product is actually good for your hair and does what they say it does cause the only professional opinion I can find is from the scientist who made the product.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Such of these products which you are enquiring about claim that they are beneficial, but does not support with adequate scientific data. Hence, it may be beneficial to certain extent for some, but may not be for all. It would be better to consult a specialist and get evaluated first. Then use only FDA approved medications as prescribed for the treatment of such conditions. Otherwise, you might spend a lot of money on such products without much benefits.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
