Melalite cream contains hydroquinone with oxybenzine, its used for depigmenting agent topically.the hydroquinone content can be carcinogenic when taken orally but very rarely when it is used topically bcuz of lesser absorption but still u should use it in monitor with dermatologist and yes u should use cream only in night time.
