Is Marvelon Advisable As An Emergency Contraception?
Hi doctor I want to know if marvelon is one of the effective emergency contraception...I m afraid to be pregnant . My husband always uses preservatives but tonight he didn t, my last menstrual ended june 28 , I took 2 tablets of marvelon 2 hours after having sex. Plz give me a solution to avoid the pregnancy this month. Thank you.

Marvelon is used as everyday contraceptive pill and not for emergency. I think you should continue taking Marvelon until the end of this month on daily basis.
