Hi welcome to health care magic....

You are having fatty liver and SGPT elevated by that ...
Liv 52 can be taken for that. ..
Along with medication life style modification needed ....

-Regular exercise
-low fat diet
-cheese, butter , non veg , fried meat etc like trans fat avoided
-lemon , carrot , spinach , mustard green , dandelion , onion etc are good for liver
-avoid alcohol
-use less oil in cooking

If needed than for further work up hbsag detection , anti HCV detection , etc can be done only if needed

Take care

Regular follow up necessary

Advise : Gastroenterologist or physician consultation for follow up
