Hello Doctor, i am suffering from acne for six years.I started to use some creams and took some advises from the famous Doctors but i haven t see the satisfactory results. My main concern is even i am getting painful pimples on my nose. And i used ERYTOP,But they dose not go away completely. They are still appearing on my nose,it s looking ugly on my face. Some X Doctor suggest Laser Treatment .So please give some useful suggestions
Acne vulgaris is a chronic relapsing skin disease. It is a multifactorial disease. Stress.worries, tension, sleeplessness, travelling, sunexposure, exercise, oily food, dandruff, drugs like steroid...etc may precipitate or exacerbate the disease. You have to take proper and regular treatment. I would suggest as below...
- antibiotic like minocycline 50 mg once a day - isotretinoin in low dose 5 mg once a day - apply clindamycine gel at night on lesions - cleanse the face with antiseptic like acmed face wash - avoid triggering factors
Keep patience for the good result.
Thanks.
