Is Isotretinoin The Right Medicine To Get Rid Of Acne?

I am a 29 year old girl who got married 8 months back. I used to have acne before marriage which I cured by taking isotretinoin medicine for 6 months. My face got completely clear. But now again there has been a very bad breakout. Please advise the cause & solution.

Hi, let me tell you one very important thing before you consider isotretinoin, it is a pregnancy category X drug, means it is teratogenic, pregnancy is to be avoided during its course and 2 months after stopping the drug.
So, if u rnot planning a baby in the near future, i would adv you to visit a dermatologist and depending on the severity, a course of isotretinoin may again be needed.
The causes of breakout can be hormonal, cosmetic etc.
Thanks
Take care
