Is Hydrochlorothiazide An Effective Medication For High Blood Pressure?
i was just given hydrochlorothiazide for my high blood pressure and its not doing a thing - its suppose to make me urinate and thereby reducing the blood pressure - not only is it not making me urinate but my pressure remains high - i even took 2 (12.5mg) when i was suppose to take one
Hydrochlorothiazide is meant for increasing urination and reduce blood pressure, however, if not effective you might need a calcium channel blockers for controlling the blood pressure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
