Is HIV 2 PCR Detection Test Advisable After Ruling Out HIV 1?

Sir I contacted a dr lal path lab and they have hiv 2 detection pcr test so should I go for hiv 2 pcr as you said HIV 1 is ruled out by 4th generation duo test on 30th day . now it almost 40 days of the high risk exposure and the symptoms continue to appear so should I go for HIV 2 detection pcr .
