Is HIPEC Treatment Advisable For Granulosa Cell Tumor Of The Ovary?
I am a 59 yo woman diagnosed with granulosa cell tumor of the ovary. I ve had four recurrences, five major laporotomies, chemo twice, Avastin once and currently have an increasing tumor burden. Is HIPEC an option for me? I have had a complete cytoreduction of all my previous surgeries and except for the GCT I am spectacularly healthy.

I really appreciate your concern, it is common condition noted in certain type of malignancy and most important is your general health if no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry, still you have to be in follow up with your oncologist hope this information helps.
