Is Gudcef XL Safe To Take For Sensitive Tooth?

hallo, I have a very small cavity at the root of one of my molars. Dentist advised to get it filled up after removing the bacteria from the cavity else the tooth has to be extracted. I have got little sensitivity with hot as well as cold water. Can I take Tab. Gudcelf xl 200 mg? Thanking you in advance.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain Gudcef XI 200 mg is an antibiotic combination and is used to treat bacterial infection..

But in case of Dental infection or decayed teeth the permanent resolution is by treatment of the tooth..

I would therefore suggest you to get an x ray of the tooth done as if you have sensitivity to hot also, there is a chance of nerve exposure that might need Root Canal treatment and not simple filling..

So it is better to proceed for treatment to prevent deepening of infection as it can cause nerve inflammation and pain..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
