Is Finasteride Tablet The Right Medicine For Severe Hair Loss?

Hi, i used to wash my hair twice per day due to oily scalp with Coal tar shampoo. It is ok when i do twice. My hair fall was male bald pattern. Could you please suggest alternate to finasteride but natural. Till i use finasteride, the hair growth is visible, it's started falling again after i stopped.

You can be advised Saw Palmetto that has action similar to Finesteride but does not have side effects like it as it being a natural ingredient..
You can be advised biotin and multivitamin supplement as well as massage the scalp with warm coconut oil..
You can also be advised 5% Minoxidil lotion to massage the scalp as it helps in improving blood circulation and reduces hair fall..
