Is Finasteride Effective In The Treatment Of Hair Loss?

I suffered by hair loss. I consulted skin doctor. He suggested Finasteride tablet. Shall I use this tablet? I heard many side effect in this tablet. One of my friend working in clinic suggested me to take follihair tablet for hair loss as it doesn t have much side effects compare to finax. Plz help me to get right thing.

Hi.

Follihar and Finesteride are two different medicines and one cannot do the function of other. Yes, Finesteride has a side effect of reducing the libido or sexual desire but it is temporary and reversible which gets better as the intake of medicine is stopped.

However the role of Finesteride is good in reducing hairloss.
Infact you can take both Follihair and Finax both as Follihair is a vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplement and Finesteride works on hormone level.So you can once consult your doctor and discuss further and can proceed with the medication.
