Hi,

Yes, it is a safe medication for your 6 year old baby. Fenistil (dimetindene) is an antihistamine commonly prescribed for the effective treatment of symptoms associated with cold, allergy and hay fever. It is considered to be safe for young children hence can be given safely to your baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
