Is Edecrin Or Lasix Advisable For Mild Swelling In Legs?

Hi - I have been ill for almost a month now with breathing issues started by bad allergies, even though i do have asthma.. and then a bad sinus infection.. taking lots of steriods.. and antibiotics.. getting weaker and missing so much work.. today i went to the doctor, and they took chest xrays, and said i was having mild congestive heart failure.. as the steroids had given me bad swelling in lower legs, ankles and feet,, as well as chest xray showing some small fluid there.. I had taken Edecrin sometimes when i got some mild swelling in legs, from salt sensitivity,, and well i get afib once a year tooo.. then i was told to go home and take lasix instead.. 40 mg.. wondering which is better, with less side effects for mhy condition now.. the edecrin or the lasix. ?
