i have a esr 56. I am a breast cancer servivor. got treatments, and now going on alkaline foods. I got joint pains pelvic problems when seated long time. and knee pain I suffer a lot. can you recommend me some thing, Is apple cider vinigar (NOT ORGANIC) WILL HELP. tHANK YOU, kanchana

if u r taking immunosuppressants then please look for any tenderness or redness around the joint area n if it is there then it can b infective arthritis
