Is Duvadilan Along With Dexamethasone Advisable During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?
My wife is 32 wks , had slight notching of vessel on scan , already on aspirin , now has mild contractions noted in CTG, started Duphastone HS, one dose of Dexamethasone IM given yesterday , 2nd dose to be given today, is it necessary to start Duvadilan 10 mg HS ? Is it safe?

The Duvadilan is a uterine muscle relaxant containing Isoxuprine as content inside. Though it is best result oriented drug for the pregnancy conditions, let your OBGYN decide the use of the same in your case.
