Is Dicorate-ER-500 Advisable For Seizures Causing Dislocation Of Shoulder?

I had one seizure at night, which created posterior dislocation of shoulder for me. I am a male, 41, engineer. This is the only time I had an attack. The BRAIN MRI afterwards does not reveal any clear case of epilepsy.is this a clear case of epilepsy? Should I take regular medicine everyday? The doctor prescribed dicorate er 500 , is this medicine has side effects. Please advise. Thanks Shripad

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms of seizure not being diagnosed then better to get this done MRI is not the right choice for this and better to get done the EEG, till then antiepileptic medicine can be taken Hope this information helps.
