Hi,

Dettol cream has only antiseptic properties. It is not suitable for treating dermatitis.

Kindly use mild steroid cream containing Hydrocortisone for area affected by dermatitis. Also, you can apply moisturizer cream at bedtime.

Take tablet Levocetirizine to overcome itching. Gradually, your symptoms should subside and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
