Hello,

Cortisone injections often help inflammation. if it is predominantly damage, the cortisone might not do much. If it is mainly JUST inflammation, cortisone at worst works well for 2 to 4 weeks and often it just fixes everything.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
