Is Cortisone Butyrate Cream An Over The Counter Medication?
I am looking for a lip cream. I found only part of a tube that helped my very cracked and sore lips. Nothing i have tried on the market, neospsorin, chapped lip products, etc. have not worked. on the tube is Lipocream....cordtisone butyrale 0.1%. Is it over the counter or prescribed?
