Is Clindamycin Advisable For Drained Bartholin Cyst?

I have a bartholins abscess on my left side that got as big as a golf ball or bigger by last night. Pain and pressure were ridiculous. But this morning when I got up it started to pour out and the lump is now about almond size still draining little bit I have put clean pads every hour and check it. I just finished clindamycin for an abscess on neck. Do I need to see doctor or will it be OK now ?

Hello and thank you for your question.
Cysts that are drained do not usually need antibiotics but if there is surrounding red areas an antibiotic may help.
Clindamycin is a good one if you feel that you need an antibiotic
