Is Ciplar Advisable For Migraine While Having Sinus Tachycardia?

hello , i am having sinus tachycardia (heart beat 117)from last 15 days but my blood pressure is normal i don t have thyroid and diabetic . but i am suffering from migraine frm last 5 years . Doctor has prescribe my Ciplar 10 twice , can i get relive with this.
