Is Cetirizine Advisable For Itching After Recovery From Dengue?

I was suffering from dengue last week. Everything is under control apart from weakness. Itching which was there previously had vanished after few days but has returned from last night. Is it advisible to take cetirizine for this problem? Will it give relief?

Cetrizine does give relief from any sort of itching.
Take this medicine for few days.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
