Hi,

A line under the nail is not always indicative of Melanoma. However, a clinical examination is a must to rule out what exactly it is, but not an essential indication of Melanoma.

As far as Brite Cream is concerned, it is a de-pigmenting cream and will help in reducing black spots.

However, a clinical examination by a Skin Specialist is a must to rule out whether it is just pigmentation or Melasma and accordingly the treatment can be advised.

For now, you can continue using Brite cream and along with it, you can also scrub your face with a face scrub. Always apply sunscreen lotion when going out into the sun. Take a vitamin C candy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
