Is Bisoprolol-HCTZ Different From Bisoprolol Fumarate-HCTZ?

I just received a medication from a different pharmacy with a slight name change. ..originally and always the label has read BISOPRL/HCTZ TAB 10/6.25 (Generic for Ziac) This time label reads BISOPROLOL FUMARATE/HCTZ TAB 10/6.25 Why the word fumarate ? Is there a difference between these 2 medications?
