Is BP In Range Of 92/58 Very Dangerous?

I am worried about my low bp being serious, when I feel good, it is usually 105 over 60, but as soon as I feel tiered, and when I stand up from sitting my vision goes black, I also have irregular heartbeats, I check my bp and always one of the two is low if not both, ranging from 92/58 to even 80/42. I know this is not entierly normal, but is it serious to where i need to make it a priority? I know my health is a priority but right now I don't have any kind of insurance, so I want to have an idea on what I am dealing with. oh and I am a 30 year old female, thank you for any feed back.

Hello,

It seems to be an Orthostatic Hypotension, it is a decrease in Blood Pressure (BP) when standing up fast from laying down or sitting.

If this is a new thing, you should go to see a doctor as soon as you can.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anila Skenderi
