Is Asthalin The Cause For Stammered Speech In A Child?

My son around 4.5 years old. He has suddenly developed stammering or shutering. He was breathing through his mouth for a long time and then recently we did adenoid surgery and he is breathing fine now. After the surgery he started speaking well. What we suspect is asthalin inhaler. He has been regularly on the inhaler and post surgery we didnt give him for a week. after we gave asthalin he again showing shuttering
