According to provided history you are having right side thigh pain and radiating towards knee , hence this could be from neurological cause or might be vascular etiology.. So nerve compression or vascular insufficiency might be the reason..
For your case your physical examination needs to be done along with neurological nerve examination.. If needed to rule out spinal causes that is bulging disc compressing nerve can be ruled out by MRI scan Lower spine For vascular cause to rule out colour Doppler study can be done.
According to cause specific treatment guided EX.If pain is from nerve compression than pregabalin and vitamin B complex can be prescribed
Consult physician for examination and accordingly plan further work up
Take care
