Is Albothyl Advisable For Vaginal Inflammation During Lactation?

My wife s OB prescribed Albothyl for vaginal inflammation. Upon searching the web (http://pharmacybook.net/albothyl/) I found out that it is not recommended for breastfeeding mother. We asked her OB but he said it is okay. What shall we do? Our 6 months baby is purely breastfed.
