Losing weight can be really slow , its good that you have lost 45 lbs in a year, continuing the low calorie balanced diet with good exercises can help you shed the extra pounds too.
Weight loss will be slow in the beginning and you wont find much change, but once you get into the routine diet and exercise you can drop off pounds much faster.
Considering that you have
high blood pressure , i would not suggest you take
Adipex because it could cause some serious side effects.
Losing weight by conservative means will be good in your case, and it wont be difficult .
Meanwhile , consider meeting a physician for management of your blood pressure and seek a dietician's help to prescribe you a suitable balanced diet menu.
