Is Adderall Better Than Zoloft?

I am having difficultly staying focused and my doctor suggested Adderall. She has since retired and I haven t had any luck with the zoloft my current Dr prescribed. I would like try the Adderall. My zoloft ran out a few days ago and I haven t refilled it.

The symptom you describe sounds like an attention deficit and adderall is a drug well indicated for it.I will suggest you go back to your Doctor and discuss it with him.Inform him you felt better with adderall and he will not hesitate to try it.I will advise you don't change to adderall without informing him.Zoloft may not be the best for attention deficit but depending on the clinical judgement of your new Doctor it may have been indicated.It is however an antidepressant well indicated in a variety of psychiatric disorders.
