Hello

I understand your concern

According to provided history, I can tell you there is no relation between kidney stone or ureteric stone and anejaculation.

But there is a relationship between medications like tamsulosin which used to treat ureteric stone.

Tamsulosin can cause retrograde ejaculation ( which is happening in your case )

I advice you to visit your treating doctor for further work up and treatment.

stay healthy & happy
