Is 116/68 BP Level At 100 Heartbeats Per Minute Normal?

Just took a shower then sat to take my b.p. wch i always Do every morning. By the way am in manila its 9.47a.m. Here. Im using a digital b.p. monitor. Am female 61 yrs old 54 kilos. My first b.p. taken 123/68 at 100 heartbeats Then 109/68 at 94 heartbeats And 116/68 at 100 heartbeats Is this normal

Hi
Blood pressure seems absolutely normal for your age,
But the heart rate seems to be abit high, it can be due to your anxious ness while recording the bp.
Just relax, then cross check with the help of some one else while relaxing
If still high you can take anti anxiety drugs like alprazolam in minimal dose
