Intermittent fever, chills and loss of appetite. Have diagnosis of MRSA with collitis. Help?

I am a 39y.o. female with a recent diagnosis of MRSA with collitis. I have had intermittent fever , chills and loss of appetite . I have lost 25lbs in the last month and I am an OR nurse. I have been placed on Rifampin and would like to know what I should do now? I am unsure if/when I should return to work. what else can I do to speed my recovery?
