Infant Passing Smelly Green Stools After Being On Formula. Can Bifilac Be Given?

Hi.. my baby is 2 months old and after his 40 days completion i have started with Nan 1. my feed is very less and totally insufficient for the baby (about 20 ml per day). My baby is passing green stool after every 2-3 days. The stool is smelly.
Is the green stool normal?
I read online that green stool is due to formula. Is this true?
Should i give Bifilac to the baby?
