Increasing Heart Rate, Left Arm Pain, Tingling In Hand. Taking Aspirin, Allergy Medicine For Sinus Problem

laying in bed watching tv and heart rate goes up .. can feel it beating and left arm starts aching from neck to hand with some tingling in hand with some tightness in left side of chest but no pain ... took two asprin just in case and it seems a touch better.... I am female 50 yrs old... been taking allergy meds for about 11 days had congestion and sinus problems... should I be worried

I would come up with two possibilities.

1.the first one is,CERVICO BRACHIAL NEURALGIA due to CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS may be the cause.

MRI scanning for neck may confirm the diagnosis.

2.second possibility is,FLATULENT DYSPEPSIA may be the cause.

-stress
-over eating
-taking too much pain killers are causative factors.
