In the past ten years my penis has expanded in size from about slightly above average in size to now measuring 2.00" diameter, which I believe is at the 96th percentile of the population. Length has also increased, by not as significantly as girth. I suffer from an inguinal hernia, and display some symptoms of Congestive Heart Failure. Truth, I have been diagnosed with CHF. Is the anomalous swelling/growth caused by the heart condition, or am I just "lucky?"
