In the last 3 nights I have night chills that wake me up. I put night robe and wrap myself in a blanket but I do not seem to be able to warm my body up. The specific area that gets cold are my legs, especially lower parts. I managed to fall asleep and then wake up in sweats. I am 45 year old female, normal body weight, no blood pressure problems, good general health - anaemic - but never had night chills like these before. I have no temperature and no general cold symptoms.
