Implanted ICD to control heart beating, giddiness. Taking cap CYRA-D. Is it correct?

my husband was in MAX, saket and doctor implanted ICD to control heart beating. is it safe but after consuming medicine he is not able to take food every meal he is having sensation of vomiting and not able to take food. he is having giddiness dr. advised to take cap. Cyra-D to increase appetite . tell me whether it is correct.

cardiac medicine nay be responsible ! he requires detailed evaluation of medication and if ok an upper go endoscopy!
