I'm wondering what's wrong with me. I've been in and out of the er durring the past two weeks with tachycardia (120bpm) and palpitations asociated with lightheadness and fatigue. Last night i was found in my friend's dorm room unconcious, when i came too i was shaking, confused, very thirsty and fatigued. I had a urine test done, an amdominal x-ray, an ekg, and blood work up all of it came back normal. they tested my blood pressure and when i stood up my heart rate sky rocketed to 130bpm. I also had pain in my lower left side that grew alot worse when touched. they gave me fluids and then sent me on my way. I have also had back pain over the last couple of days and no appetite. What could be wrong with me? how bad could this get? how likely is it that i go into a fatal arythmia?
