I'm wondering how worried I should be, my 11 yr old son has had a swollen posterior lymph node on the rightside for about a year. We seen a doctor at the urgent care the gave him antibiotics but that didn't change any of the swelling. It doesn't hurt but we visited the urgent care again today and the Dr.said that I needed to get his lymph node looked at. My son doesn't have a primary doc. Should i take him to the er?
