I'm Very Nervous. I Had Sex For The First Time

I'm very nervous. I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend about a week ago. He quickly inserted himself into me and then pulled out very quickly. He was not wearing a condom. I spent a day worrying and then finally, about 40 hours later, I decided to buy and take plan b. We have had sex two additional times, and each time, we used a condom. I had sex yesterday night with him using a condom and it hurt when he deeply penetrated. Is this because I'm still new to sex, or is it a medical problem? Also, tonight, a night later, I am experiencing cramps. Both times we had sex after the initial I had him pull out before he came, even though he was wearing a condom. Is there any possibility I could be pregnant? Are the cramps im feeling right now somehow related to my sexual activities? I'm very nervous.
