I'm Recovering From A Total Right Hip Replacement. It's Been

I'm recovering from a total right hip replacement. It's been one month since the surgery. I walk with the help of a walker. This week I was awakened by the phone. It was someone needing information. I was barely awake. I needed to go to another room to get my wallet. For some strange reason I suddenly stood up and started to walk without my walker. I instantly felt massive pain in the upper inside thighs of both legs. I collapsed to the ground. Since that day I have had sharp pain in the inside upper thigh area either leg when I use them. I can still stand and walk with the aid of my walker. Any ideas?
