I'm not sure why this is happening, but for the past year I have been having issues with inhaling my saliva/liquid? It happens out of no where, I gasp and choke uncontrollably... Sometimes when I'm just sitting there not doing anything! Its getting worse and worse. The latest episode was at a restaurant, out of no where I felt the liquid enter my airway. I'm familiar with what was about to happen so I ran out of the place choking and coughing, making really weird sounds as I gasped for air. After about 5mins it went away leaving me shaky and watery eyed. It took me about 20mins to calm down and get my normal breath back. Do you know What could be causing this? Its starting to freak me out. Thanks
