I'm having painful episodes in both feet and lower legs...toes and feet are literally pulled in different directions. I have to pull them back to normal position and try to walk the pain away. This has been going on for several years. To day one finger did the same thing when I was brushing my teeth. I also have daily headaches sometimes migraines. I'm also having a rash on my chest with itching and it goes up my neck to my cheeks. There is also itching on my lower arms, thighs and ankles with no rash.
