I'm Having Cramp Like Pain And Swelling In My Right

I'm having cramp like pain and swelling in my right calf - Purple blotchy spot on my right calf - Low grade fever (No higher than 99.5) - Shortness of breath - Stabbing pain on the left side of my chest when I breath in deeply - I've had 3 headaches in 3 days that make me feel as though my brain is on fire (Nothing like my normal migraines) - Dizziness - I feel intoxicated almost at times - Twice now I have had an issue with my vision; I hit my head on the top of the car and I've spilled a drink in a restaurant; both times I kind of lost my ability to tell depth, but I don't think my vision went completely. I went to the ER thinking I had DVT and PE, but after an ultrasound of my right leg, D-Dimer and chest x-ray the physician ruled those out and sent me home. Vitals are normal - BP 118/70, HR 100, SPO2 97, R shallow due to pain when breathing deeply. I'm a 31 yr old F - I'm an EMT/PCT, so please be detailed, I'll understand the terminology. If you have any suggestions of what maybe going on, please help!
