I'm having an upset stomach. It manifested last night, before I went for my overnight shift. The past few days I've been noticing minor/irritating acid reflux/burning, but not severe. Last night I ended up throwing up, couldn't keep anything down for long. I thought perhaps it was food poisoning, because I noticed some food from my lunch many hours before was present when I threw up. When I took a drink of Sprite I felt pain in my stomach immediately and threw up shortly after. I ended up shortening my shift and going home to rest. I'm eating very little, crackers, water, an apple--but my stomach still is rather nauseated. Over all I'm feeling a bit of dull burn, a bit of bloating, and the nausea. I feel better briefly after throwing up, but then it creeps back, even if I haven't eaten anything. How could I treat this?
